ATTA is an initiative focused on promoting the sustainable consumption of the culona ant, a traditional food from Santander, Colombia. By transforming this unique source of protein into innovative products such as cookies, ATTA aims to enhance food sustainability while preserving cultural heritage. The project not only highlights the nutritional benefits of the ant, but also seeks to create a strong regional identity, encouraging local consumption and supporting farmers through sustainable practices.
