Individual diagnostic assessments and tailored action plans for each cooperative, covering governance structures, generational renewal, economic management, and agroecological transition pathways.

Peer-learning workshops and in-person encounters

Online and in-person training sessions every two to three months on themes such as agroecological practices, commercialisation, and cooperative governance. In-person encounters are particularly valued for fostering cooperative-to-cooperative connections.

Direct financial grants for cooperative improvement

Targeted grants from Fundación Carrasso channelled through Sustentta to enable cooperatives to hire specialists, invest in specific innovations, or develop new commercialisation strategies aligned with sustainable food system objectives.
