Tahitian Tasty
About
Tahitian Tasty is a family agri-processing business founded in 2017 to add value to local Polynesian produce. From its workshop in Taravao, close to the farmers of the Tahiti peninsula, it turns taro, uru (breadfruit), sweet potato, coconut and pineapple into chips, dried fruit, flours and jams, using low-temperature cooking to preserve their qualities, and opens its doors to visitors for tastings and cooking workshops.
