SAT training modules and peer-learning encounters

Thematic training sessions covering all dimensions of territorialised agri-food systems — production, transformation, consumption, governance, research, and policy — combining expert presentations, territorial case studies, and cross-GAL exchange sessions. In-person encounters are organised to deepen inter-group relationships and generate concrete collaboration opportunities.

Continuous mentoring by specialist entities

Each participating GAL receives ongoing accompaniment from a specialist entity that conducts a territorial diagnosis and provides tailored advice across SAT dimensions. In the programme's second phase, mentoring is provided by a single continuous partner per GAL rather than rotating thematic mentors, allowing for deeper, longitudinal support.

Individual action grants for territorial projects

Small grants from Fundación Carrasso are channelled to each participating GAL to implement a concrete territorial project aligned with sustainable food system objectives — enabling initiatives such as cooperative winery models, local production-restaurant connections, and municipal food system diagnostics.
