About
The Food Bank of Paraguay, created in the 1990s and formalized in 2004, aims to combat food waste and hunger. With a dedicated team of six people, they collect and distribute surplus food to more than 100 organizations, serving mainly vulnerable communities. Their operations are based on donations, partnerships and international cooperation, focusing on logistics and advocacy to enhance their impact. Future plans include expanding collection centers and improving food processing capacity.
