Bowline

Bowline was a collaborative initiative that emerged during the COVID-19 crisis, bringing together restaurateurs, chefs, students and academics in Copenhagen. The goal of the project was to support local restaurants facing unprecedented challenges. Through workshops, surveys and resource sharing, Bowline fostered a spirit of community and collaboration, addressing industry issues that had been overlooked prior to the pandemic. Although the organization has since disbanded, its legacy of cooperation continues among its members.
