With some 20 products, they export mainly to markets such as Colombia and the USA, focusing on gluten-free and organic offerings. CUSI works closely with small producers, providing them with training and support to increase the value of their products. Its commitment to sustainability and regenerative agriculture aims to promote healthier food systems while addressing dietary needs.
