Located in Bordeaux, it emphasizes seasonal, organic produce sourced from local farms. The project aims to enhance food traceability and sustainability by adapting menus based on available ingredients, fostering a close relationship with producers. By eliminating intermediaries, Les Récoltants supports local agriculture while offering customers fresh, diverse culinary experiences that celebrate regional flavors and biodiversity.
