The Scuola Esperienziale Itinerante di Agricoltura Biologica is a practice-based itinerant school of organic farming, running monthly weekend sessions since 2006. It reverses the classroom model: the field is the classroom and the teachers are farmers and technicians, so that anyone, with no prior qualification required, can learn organic agriculture directly from those who practise it every day.
