Champerché
About
Champerché is a family-run urban farming company founded in 2017 that grows herbs, micro-greens, fruit and vegetables in bioponics, a soil-free and pesticide-free indoor method combining permaculture and hydroponic principles. Its first farm was built in a converted underground car park in Sartrouville, uses far less water than conventional agriculture, and supplies restaurants and consumers within a very short radius.
