Chouettes Cantines

Chouettes Cantines is a school catering programme run by the city of Dijon within the Dijon Alimentation Durable 2030 innovation territory, with scientific support from INRAE. It assesses the sustainability of meals served in school canteens and designs actions that help children enjoy healthy, sustainable food, using feedback terminals installed in participating canteens to record pupils' opinions on dishes, vegetables, starches and legumes.
