Foresta

Foresta is a large open park in the northern districts of Marseille, wedged between a commercial zone and port warehouses, which has been progressively opened to residents since 2016. Alongside walking trails and green space, it hosts a pedagogical farm with animals, a community garden and environmental awareness workshops, giving children and families of the surrounding neighbourhoods direct contact with farming and nature.
