Le Projet Parmentier

Le Projet Parmentier is a solidarity short-supply-chain initiative in the Pays des Châteaux area of central France. It aims to give people in precarious situations access to fresh, quality local produce at an affordable cost, combining tailored supply arrangements with friendly support so that beneficiaries can discover, taste and cook the products they receive.
