Les légumineuses du Perche - Parc naturel régional du Perche

Within its territorial food project, the Perche Regional Nature Park runs a programme to bring legumes back into local farming and local plates: lentils, beans, chickpeas, split peas and soya. Led with the Normandy Chamber of Agriculture, the project works on agroecological production, the structuring of a local supply chain, and training for canteen and collective catering staff so that local legumes become a familiar part of everyday menus.
