PAT du Pays de la Vallée du Cher et du Romorantinais

The territorial food project (PAT) of the Pays de la Vallée du Cher et du Romorantinais, launched in 2021, brings local authorities, farmers, processors and residents together around local food issues. Schools play a central role: the first awareness actions started in 2023 in local primary schools, alongside work on local and organic sourcing for canteens, food waste and food insecurity.
