Villa Rabelais - IEHCA

Villa Rabelais in Tours is a house of gastronomic cultures run by the IEHCA, the European Institute for the History and Cultures of Food, and one of the pillars of the city's International City of Gastronomy project. Housed in a 19th-century mansion, it combines a research laboratory bringing together researchers working on food, a public library dedicated to gastronomy, and a year-round programme of lectures, readings, workshops and tastings open to all.
